I heard once that “project managers lead people to new places.” I still can’t get that sentence out of my head because when I think about what I love to do, it’s leading people to places that aren’t well defined nor fully envisioned yet.
I love being the person behind-the-scenes, giving life to the details, driving and documenting decision-making, and harnessing the strengths of others to empower a team to reach a shared goal.
